🏷️ Categories & Subcategories
Renaming a label only changes the display name — transaction records are unaffected (they store the ID, not the label).
Deleting a category also removes all its subcategories. Existing transactions that reference a deleted ID will retain the ID but it will no longer resolve to a label.
